To mark such an important milestone in the company's history, Multimap held a party for its highly-valued customers and partners in the Earth Galleries at the National History Museum on Thursday, 17th November.

Sean Phelan, founder and chairman of Multimap, said, "Multimap has come a long way since its early beginnings as a backroom start-up in 1995, when I was the only employee. At the end of 1999 there were 5 members of staff, and today there are 79 of us. Delivering truly global services from our offices across the world, we now have more than 10 million unique users and deliver more than 180 page impressions every month. We have been in profit for more than three years, and have the infrastructure and services in place to ensure that our existing growth rates continue apace in the future."

He continued, "We look forward to continuing to grow the business in a sustainable manner, and I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the whole team here for making such goals not only realistic but eminently achievable!"
