Leading automotive manufacturer Ford uses Multimap’s In-line, Storefinder and Travel Directions services on its websites to enhance users’ experience of the sites and to drive more traffic to their dealerships.

In North America, Multimap helps visitors to the websites of seven Ford brands (Ford, Volvo, Land Rover, Jaguar, Mazda, Lincoln and Mercury) to find their nearest dealership and map their route to it. Visitors to www.ford.ca can choose to search for and receive this information in French or English, while their neighbours in the US can do so in English or Spanish, on www.ford.com.

Users of Ford Britain’s website, www.ford.co.uk, can receive details for their nearest dealerships along with local maps and a link to step-by-step driving directions to those dealerships.

Users of any of Ford Europe’s 19-strong portfolio of country websites can search for dealers and travel directions from any page. Multimap’s dealer locator, mapping and driving directions are provided in the local language; sites also support bilingual and trilingual versions, where relevant.
