Client Zone is Multimap's customer administration extranet. It enables our customers to manage, maintain and track usage of their services. It gives our customers control, offers great time and cost efficiencies and supports them throughout the lifecycle of their service. Client Zone is available to all our customers as a standard part of their service.

Managing data

Getting the right location is critical to the quality of service your prospects and customers receive. Sending potential customers to the wrong location directly impacts your business. Our best-in-class automated geocoder generates accurate coordinates for your locations and provides useful feedback on the quality of the coordinates.

Client Zone also provides Point and Click geocoding for precision location of individual addresses. It enables authorized users to edit the location of stores, hotels, dealers or outlets interactively, simply by clicking on a map.

You can also update other location details (such as opening hours, contact names and numbers, services offered and any other custom fields you need) and test any changes in a preview environment before making them live. Data can be loaded directly through Client Zone's user interface, or through an XML data feed.

Our new Shared Record Checking (SRC) service allows administrators to directly involve local experts in the location verification process.

Manage services

Customers can use Client Zone to download and upload templates and images to control the appearance of their services, including an unlimited revision history of changes to templates and images.

Customers can safely preview how their services will look before making appearance or data changes live.

Customers can control user access rights, from being able to change all aspects of services, to fine-grained control, such as limiting the ability to make changes live to selected users.

Viewing and downloading customer reports

Client Zone is a repository for Multimap's suite of customer reports. Reports provide key insight into traffic volumes, user searches, most popular locations, user activity by time of day or day of week, and much more. Users receive notifications via email, and can view and download current and historical reports at any time through Client Zone.
